Excavator tracks
Excavator tracks are suitable for rubber tracks on excavators. The rubber is elastic and has excellent wear resistance, which can isolate the contact between metal tracks and the road surface. In other words, the wear of metal tracks is naturally much smaller, and their service life is naturally extended! Moreover, the installation of rubber excavator tracks is relatively convenient, and the blocking of track blocks can effectively protect the ground.Precautions for using excavator rubber tracks:
(1) Rubber tracks are only suitable for installation and use in flat road conditions. If there are sharp protrusions (steel bars, stones, etc.) on the construction site, it is very easy to cause damage to the rubber blocks.
(2) Excavator tracks must avoid dry friction, such as the use of track blocks when rubbing and walking on the edge of steps, as dry friction between these track block edges and the body can scratch and thin the track block edges.
(3) If the machine is installed with rubber tracks, it must be constructed and driven smoothly to avoid sharp turns, which can easily cause wheel detachment and track damage.
