Rubber track industry chain analysis

Rubber track is a kind of rubber and metal or fiber material composite of ring rubber belt, mainly suitable for agricultural machinery, construction machinery and transport vehicles and other walking parts.

Upstream raw material supply status

The rubber track is composed of four parts: core gold, strong layer, buffer layer and rubber. Among them, the rubber part includes pattern side glue, primer glue, steel cord glue, cushion layer glue, cloth layer glue, tooth glue, wheel side glue.

Core gold is a transmission bearing part, power transmission, guidance and lateral support, the main materials used are ductile iron, cast iron wrought steel, aluminum alloy, alloy steel plate, etc., some tracks can use plastic.

The strong layer is the towing part, which is the longitudinal tensile body of the rubber track, which withstands the traction force and maintains the stability of the track pitch. The main materials used are steel cord, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire, glass fiber, aramid or other high-strength low-elongation synthetic fiber cord (rope) or cord.
The buffer layer is subject to strong vibration and shock of the belt body, and withstands multiple deformations caused by radial, lateral and tangential forces during the driving of the track. At the same time, it is also a protective layer of the traction parts, which protects the traction parts from being damaged by external forces and prevents the friction of the steel wire of the strong layer from the core gold. The main materials used are nylon cord, nylon canvas and other fiber materials.

The rubber part closely combines other components into a whole, providing walking ability and overall cushioning, shock absorption and noise reduction functions, the main material is generally natural rubber (NR) based NR / styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), NR / SBR / cis-butadiene rubber (BR), NR / dissolved polystyrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) / BR and NR / BR combined system and polyurethane elastomer.

Suppliers of basic raw materials such as rubber and steel wire are mainly from China and Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States and other resource-rich regions.
